Give Weight Only To What Can Carry It

Misplaced expectations break more structures than bad intentions. Not every person, system, or part of yourself can carry the same weight. Discernment is structural: knowing where load belongs. When responsibility is placed on what cannot support it, strain spreads everywhere. Strength is accuracy — assigning weight only where capacity exists. This preserves relationships, work, and self-respect at the same time.

Move one expectation to a stronger support.
